At PRAAHA, we are committed to making your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. We encourage you to review the policy below before placing your order.

We offer easy exchanges and returns in case the product does not meet your expectations. To initiate a return, please write to us at [email protected] within 5 days of delivery. Once the returned product is received and verified at the PRAAHA warehouse, you may choose between a replacement, refund, or store credit.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment and credited to the account used at the time of purchase. Please note that only the product value is eligible for refund. Additional charges such as gift wrap, shipping, customs duties, or any other applicable fees are non-refundable.

Our products are photographed under professional lighting; however, slight variations in appearance may occur under different lighting conditions. We strive to ensure that all images represent the products as accurately as possible.

Orders are typically delivered within 7–9 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery timelines may extend for made-to-order or customised pieces, and any such delays will be communicated in advance.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] within 6 hours of placing the order.

Before dispatch: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders). After dispatch: Refunds will be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse, with applicable shipping charges deducted.

All cancellation decisions made by PRAAHA JEWELS are final and binding.
